Where in the world is chatterbox? Part 2

OK. Some photo evidence for you....points for the correct region, double points for the correct city, triple points for the exact location in the city where the photos are taken. Savvy travelers, ready, set, go!

The "Giantess" - see any resemblance?

A little city-scape....

A friendly white whale....

besides the fact that I know where you are, I've been in the exact spot you're at in your first photo. I hope you're both having a wonderful time.

Thanks, vg! We're having fun. We're hoping the sun comes out before the real outdoorsy portion of the vacation. If not, we'll have to focus on indoor recreation!

Toronto! (That place where Lauren went that has the not-the-space-needle space-needle building...wasn't that Toronto?).

Oh, holy crap, I should check maps before I guess -- I'm changing my "Toronto" guess to "Vancouver".

New contest: who failed fourth-grade geography? ;)

And I think the totem photos were taken in Stanley Park (last comment from me for a bit, promise!).

Vancouver

We have a winner - or winners (panda and flandria)! Yes, Vancouver. And, all 3 photos were taken in Stanley Park. 1 at the Totems, 1 by the water and 1 at the aquarium.

We've now traveled about 1,200 kilometers since then and are now in Jasper National Park. We spent a couple days in a B&B/Sheep Farm in the Okanagan Valley where we didn't have internet access. But, we're back online for now! More pics to come.

We spent a day and a half wine tasting in the Okanagan Valley and now have 5 bottles to drink before we come home. Should be fun!

we were in Vancouver many years ago to ride a train up to Whistler to snowboard...

hunny had relatives and I remember that scenery from Stanley Park

we biked around the park and had lunch at that tent area

love Vancouver, it's so diverse, easy going town, lots of musical talents and easy to get around with transit...

sounds like you are having a great time! take care
