Went under the knife....
Well, I spent 1/2 hour getting about 1/4 of the toenail on my left big toe removed today. The worst part was the novicaine injections around the base of the toe. Right now it hurts slightly more than the ingrown did. But, I'm hoping by race time on Sunday it will be mucho bene. I won't post any photos for you!

omg...you brought back memories of them tilting the chair back, and those damn shots between the toes.

the healing should be quick and it works wonders. i haven't had a problem since.
alicat - yeah, that's definitely the worst part. It's feeling pretty good now. Hopefully it won't bug me at the TT on Sunday! I have been on my bike a few rides since, and it's been OK.
