Fraternization between the generations - cool!
Oh how I wish I had a picture! We had a team ride on Saturday and had 5 generations represented. We had one woman in her 20s, one in the 30s (me), three in the 40s, one in the 50s and one in the 60s. That was so cool! I really cherish what I can learn from women with a lot more riding and life experience. I think it's great for the generations to sharpen each other - in whatever the discipline is. The comingling of freshness, wisdom and experience can be magical, which is why I hate when I see companies that only have young workers - as if innovation shouldn't be informed by experience....But that is a whole different topic for another day!

i love riding and hanging out with all sorts of ages.
that's one of the things that's so cool about VGs. they're all so interesting and different and wise and cyclists.
Just spend time at home; their you can mix your generations ;-)

As the one in her 60s, I really am glad, too! The sad truth is, if someone gets to my age and is athletic, they probably always were, which means this ol' 2-pack/day smoker gets smoked by the old folks. At least with you guys I can still pull the "age card" sometimes!
Cycling is just so cool. You can do it as long as you live, just keep putting one foot in front of the other and never touch the ground for as long as you can.
