I promised photographic evidence of the new kits, so here it is. This is me at the Tri Flow Menlo Park Grand Prix last weekend. If you'd told me 3 years ago that I would wear a one piece spandex suit on my bike, I would have said you are loco. You see, at heart I am a connoisseur of all things phredly - wool, steel and fenders. My how times have changed!

Me in a skinsuit! Who wouldda thunk it?

I stole the photo from Anna (I think her hubby was the photographer)! I'm sure glad someone was taking pictures as we were too distracted working and racing! I'll send you links to go get 'em.

I was planning on taking the digicam, but I forgot it. Then again, since I was standing in one general location for 4 hours and had a job to do whenever the race was coming past my photo ops would have been limited. Need to get more accustomed to carrying the little bugger, though.

Yeah, I'm 5'10" (or 5'9.75"). It's hard work lugging all that height up hills!
