Last 1/3 of season plans

Well, I think I've finally nailed down what I'm doing the rest of the season. Here goes:

-Lafayette Crit
-Mountain View Crit (is this thing actually happening? anyone know what's up?)
-Timpani Crit
-Dunnigan Hills RR
-San Ardo RR
-commence off-season lounging about (and work on thesis project)
-Lighthouse Century for fun

So, if we haven't met in person and you are at one of these races or events, please be sure to say "hello".

ahhh, now I can fill in my calendar. Perhaps we should celebrate the end of the season post San Ardo. ;-)

Will you move up to Cat. 3 at the end of the season, or will you wait?

chris - I don't have enough points to cat up. I might be able to do it on experience points. But, I don't want to cat up until I'm able to win and consistently place in top 10 in crits and flat road races. My goal is to cat up at the end of next season if things are going well. I will be focusing more next season on races that suit me.

oh, oh, oh .... I think you forgot one. Weren't you planning on the last 'Beat the Clock TT' out on Cañada Road?

panda - yeah, Mt. View looks a little dubious.

lauren - cool! That would be fun to see you out there.

c-rick - the Beat the Clock is potentially on the list, but I wasn't definitely planning to go, since there are no more 'real' TTs I'm planning to do this season.

Chatterbox: I think I'm doing San ARdo, too! I hope we see each other tehre! I am not sure if I'll be racing as a 3 or a 4....kind of depends on my result at Sisquoc and/or San LUis and see if the powers that be finally force me to be a 3...

drkim - yay! I'll see you at San Ardo. There is another option...you could race masters, which usually starts within a few minutes of Cat 4.

doc kim - forgive Ms Chatterbox for she knows not your age. But, hey, we will look forward to seeing you there. I will likely be in the feedzone for a while, then to the finish line, and all part in 'tween.
